How to open an account with PSS?

Opening an account is free and it takes about 2 minutes.

  1. Register for your trading account from the home page.
  2. Login to iBanking and make deposits in your trading account.
  3. Start trading from PSS website or download MT4 Client Terminal.

Do I need to provide my passport or other IDs to open an account?

No, PSS does not collect any form of identification from its clients unless clients wish to make deposit using bank payment and credit cards payment.

I did not receive any email from PSS regarding my trading account details. Why?

Check your spam folder for emails from helpdesk@esparkasse.com. If you still cannot find it, you can send an email to helpdesk@esparkasse.com requesting to open a trading account then we will open an account using email address we receive and send your trading account details manually.

How soon can I start trading once I open account?

Once your trading account is opened, you can make deposit using iBanking and start trading instantly.

Do I earn interest in my account?

Yes. PSS offers competitive cash sweep interest rates on your daily available balance.
Simple interest is calculated based on your available balance ( account balance – floating profit or loss – used margin on open positions ) and credited to your trading account daily.

How do I change my password?

Select “Forgot your password?” located on the ibanking login page. Follow the instructions on the next page by entering your registered email address. Then, PSS will send you an email to reset password. You can also change your password from iBanking page. For security purposes, resetting a forgotten password will result in a 24-hour hold on any withdrawals.

How do I change my email address?

At PSS, your email address is your identity as we do not collect any identification from you. Therefore, you cannot change your email address once account is created. Alternatively, you can open a new account using another email and transfer funds from your existing account to the newly created account.

How can I view my trading history?

You can view your trading history from your trading platform and iBanking. This includes a historical view of all trades and payment transfers related to your account.

How do I close my account?

Please reach out to our support team for assistance in closing your account. If you have any opened positions and/ or account balance, you’ll need to first close all opened positions and withdraw all your fund before closing your account.
